No matter how much you're trying to "SELL" a certain program - NO matter how good (or bad) it is, UNLESS the person you're contacting WANTS to buy it - You'll NEVER get a sale!
Nor is "everybody" your target market! - eg: If you are selling a yacht, no good you going to someone who has just been made redundant . . .

To all of you on the land, or off the land, whatever your circumstances may be.
This poem was composed by Murray Hartin recently; you may want to pass it on to those who might need a lift. It will bring a tear to the eye of some, but almost certainly a smile to most.
It was passed on by our daughter who lives with her husband and family on a farm in Oz. Muzza (Murray Hartin) was asked to pen something for the Salvation Army that can bring awareness to the general public about Rural suicide in Oz. He came up with this poem - which I think is by no means perfect poetically, but has an exceptional message. Art Verschoor

RAIN FROM NOWHERE
His cattle didn't get a bid, they were fairly bloody poor,
What was he going to do? He couldn't feed them anymore,
The dams were all but dry, hay was thirteen bucks a bale,

To check the roadside mailbox - and found a letter from his Dad.

There must be 100s – if not thousands of those programs. And it should be kept in mind - as a rule of thumb – that the higher the return offered, the greater the risk! Returns offered may go as high as 100% or more per month.
Therefore the first rule that applies is NEVER, ever play with money that you cannot afford to lose, i.e. it is imperative NOT to use money needed for next week’s groceries or for the rent! But, ALL business involves risk; even banks are known to fail!

Unfortunately because of the number of gullible and greedy people that abound – especially in the HYIP area - MOST (between 95 and 99%) programs are either fraud OR well meaning but short lived Ponzis. Hi Offshore investment in general is regarded with a great deal of suspicion by a great number of people. Also on the whole it is seen as the domain for the wealthy and that there is no room for the "little" or ordinary person like you and me.

More than 95% of all schemes (the word schemes is used here deliberately for its derogatory dictionary meaning, rather than our preferred meaning of "concepts") are attempts to scam you out of your money!
This is where we come in - sure offshore investment - by its very nature has an element of risk involved. We are here to advise on what we consider to be "good" investment (normally by trial and error), but also by our process of "due diligence". But . . . mostly by using our strategy of getting your own money back ASAP and than continuing to "milk" the profit on a regular basis.
Finally, having said all this - we keep in touch with our downline and warn you of any potential problems - as we see them - from time to time. OR advise you of any good developments, or other opportunities that may come up.
